As the Winter Solstice approaches, itโs time for another free quarterly ebook. This time I bring you โChristmas at Red Butteโ, a delightful short story by the celebrated Canadian writer Lucy Maud Montgomery (1874-1942).
Iโm happy to present the eighth title in the Grammaticus Free Library series: โAn Alpine Divorceโ, an exciting crime story written by the Scottish-Canadian writer Robert Barr (1849โ1912). Itโs about a husband and wife who grew to hate each other with passion. While on holidays in the Swiss Alps, their marriage comes to its tragic and final end.
Iโm happy to announce the release of the seventh title in my Grammaticus Free Library series: โThe Mesmeric Mountainโ is a curious tale of a man convinced heโs being followed by a mountain. It was written by Stephen Crane (1871-1900), a prolific American writer whose innovative style influenced generations of authors.
I'm very happy to introduce the sixth title in the Grammaticus Free Library series. This one is very short indeed โ only several pages long โ but it's very lovely in its description of spring.
