As another Halloween approaches, in this post Iโ€™ll just give you a quick recap of the earlier articles and reviews related to this holiday, or somehow appropriate to it.

If you love a good spook and want to improve your listening skills, why not listen to some scary podcasts? They are readily available, free, you can listen to them whenever you want, and they are just perfect for the season! Hereโ€™s a list of the top 5 Iโ€™ve been enjoying recently.


In case the ongoing stream of various global disasters hasnโ€™t been enough to spook you, here are a couple of suggestions as to how you might spend your evenings this Halloween season โ€“ or, if youโ€™re anything like me, most evenings during the entire year!


Manโ€™s belief in survival of life after death is one of the oldest expressions of religiosity, firmly embedded in the very foundations of organised religion. If the souls of the departed do somehow survive, is it then possible to actually communicate with them?


In the days leading up to Halloween, one of the highlights of the dark season of the year, Iโ€™d like to share some adjectives that you can use when talking about the weird, the sad, and the gloomy. Twenty six words, to be precise, one for each letter of the English alphabet.


This poem is a comforting and sentimental meditation on the transience of the material and the permanence of the spiritual; its message is that our loved ones always remain with us, in our thoughts and memories.
