On long walks, birds and poems (featuring Emily Dickinson)

I have recently been invited by a fellow blogger, John Stamos, to write a guest post for his wonderful website called The Renaissance Garden Guy. In it, I shared about my love of walking and birding, and how those two activities helped to make me a more discerning reader.
